A Letter to Mother...

I didn´t really feel like retyping most of this, which is all I´d be doing if I were to bloge. So just read the email I sent to my maternal parental unit, and take out of it what you will.

um how about the food here is super delish. Granted, it´s a little disturbing that I had to pull the backbone out of my lunch today, but that´s alright. I can handle it because the fish is all fresh and delish. Hmm, we had a good salad today, too, but there was mayonase involved, and you know my feelings on that. most of the food here is not processed at all, and is thus twice as delicious and three times healthier. I´m not going to remember how to make anything, and mrs. pla doesn´t really have recitas, she just like smeriously has everything memorised, it´s loco. The best thing fo sho is the hot cocoa though. It´s bloody thick as pudding, and hot and delish. Another interesting beverage here is ¨"chocolat" which is basically warm yoo-hoo... not as gross as it sounds, really. But it´s sort of alarming to have a lukewarm yoohoo placed in front of you when you´ve ordered a chocolate shake. Also alarming is how fond of fanta everyone is. I´m sure you´ve never even heard of fanta, but it´s basically a corbonated fruit juice type thing. Like orange soda, but it comes in a multiple of flavours. Anyhoo, they drink it all the time, and they mix it with everything- even beer. Super gross to the max.

The whole boy scene is marvelous. They are all just so cute. Juge and Emily are annoyingly flirtatious, however. They were even "macking" (that´s what they call flirting... they are sort of dumb-blonde-esque) with this kid from san fransisco we met while we were at the guadí park. But it´s all good, because he really was gorgey. Caitlin is terribly jealous that I get to see Martí everyday in class, remember, the one from the party she thought was so cute. Well he is definately guapísimo. I don´t mind being in his class at all.
