Yes, I'm on something of a Death Cab stint right now.
I must leave in about 6 hours for the fine city of Chicago. I'm so excited, but I dearly need sleep and there's a touch more packing to do. Bascially I'm doing a shit job with it though because I'm too lazy to care. I'm sure I'll regret it when I get there, but until then...
Cait had a good time at the concert from what I can tell. I'm looking forward to meeting her up in Chi-town.
I'm procrastinating. Okay I really need sleep. I'll leave you with song lyrics instead.
One grey sunrise
I found the truth
Saw it in the morning dawn
Clear as water
Plain as day
So simple yet so sorrowful
I hate to tell you this
But she doesn't love you back
So pick up your broken heart
Carry the pieces home
And now I'm gone
And you're alone
What mess have you created here?
Time goes on
Life drives by
You're riding shotgun in a crashed car
I hate to tell you this
But she doesn't love you back
So pick up your broken heart
Carry the pieces home
Don't worry, love
Take it from me
I learned this life lesson from you
You'll move on
But it will hurt
Nothing ever goes back to start
I hate to tell you this
But she doesn't love you back
So pick up your broken heart
Carry the pieces home
I hate to tell you
But she doesn't love you
Here's to tomorrow
Goodbye to yesterday
I'm still here to help you heal
I hate to tell you
p.s. sorry my bloges are all so useless these days

Old Age is Just Around the Bend
Yeah, no, I'm lying it's really not I suppose, though the way I am these days, you'd think I'm on my last leg. For example, I feel as though all my teeth are about to fall out, and also I spent all day feeling sick to my stomach.
My puppy is very very sick. I had to spend three hours at the vet's today (which really pissed me off- I had tonnes of other stuff to do, not to mention I felt pukey) with mum (kill me) and my bleeding dog (aww, poor puppy) so the the vet could pretty much tell us just to wait it out. I mean, Sparky's got pills now, but besides that.
Erg, and I have the worst case of insomnia ever right now. I went to sleep at 12, and just laid awake in bed (or rather, on the couch) for two hours. Then I decided a nice warm glass of milk would do me good. Yeah, well, wouldn't it be sweet if the only milk in our house wasn't a) 1% and b) ten days past its expiration date. Mmmh, delicious.
But now I"m talking to Briget the Freshman, who is actually a Junior (!) now. I love this girl.
And I'm also very excited for Chicago, which is technically tomorrow! And of course I shall be meeting up with Caitlin, who is always a blast on these trips. Of course, she is (was) at Lolla-feaking-palooza, and I'm jealous, but I got to sort of hear Death Cab sing Photobooth, which is naturally a favourite song of mine. So all in all I kind of experienced Lolla. Thank god for unlimited text and pix messaging, though.
Hmmm, I need a manicure. And a petticure for that matter. Hell I could use an extreme makeove as long as we're on the topic.
Lalala it's late and I'm blogging out of pure boredom.
Well. I guess. Okay I'm done.
