I'm Proposing a Swift Orderly Change

Last night... or technically this morning, I suppose, I was reading up on bloges long past. I have decided officially (though everybody knows it) that the bloges have simply been getting too emo for words. Not even emo, but freaking boring. I would like to apologize to everyone about this. Boring, emo bloges are simply no fun. I want to change that.

So I came to an unavoidable conclusion. Last year, on this very day, I began an internet sabattacal. I boycotted the internet for a week. Ish. I think I intended to give it up for a week, and that this intention failed after about four days. However, I really need to get stuff done. I need to clean... to order myself. Inside and out. 'Cause it's too important to stay the way it's been.

So I guess I will take a week (and when I say that it will probably wind up being about four days) (maybe) to just kind of chill from the internet. From myspace and AIM and AOL. I stayed up until about 1:30am last night. That's kind of pathetic- don't I have anything better to do with my time? Anyway, Yes. My computer will be off, my phone will be off. If I want you, I will contact you. You can always leave comments here, as well.

Now, for those of you who might think this, I do not want you to think I'm mad or sad or whatever. I just think now is a good time to get in order, to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my summer... and of course, the hallowed senior year. I want them both to be great, and I think it's better if I don't wander into them blindly. So don't take offence to this. I'm just organising.

Anyway, it's not like any of you are incapable of getting on without me. I mean, I will still be seeing most of you- when I call, of course- and I'll be back before half of you know I'm gone. I just think I need to unplug for a while- stretch my legs outside of the Martix. I plan upon coming back refreshed, happy, emo-free, and with far less sucky writing in here.
