I Still Recall Every Summer Night
it's true, I rather do miss summer and everything it was and everything it wasn't. While it's pleasant to be in school, permanently distracted by things, I cannot lie and pretend I don't miss those days of youthful innocense. I wish I could spell.
I mean, if you think about it, a lot of things have happened since summer. I got a job, I started soccer and now track. I re-gained acquaintance with some people, and savagely cut off that of others. In some cases, others were savagely cut off of me. I have even met new friends of joy, four of whom are the most awesome people ever. But I wouldn't say that I had something better. It was just something different. And things change. And are usually better off changed.
I am so going to fail Brit Lit, and that depresses me, as if I had any other teacher, the class might be somewhat decent and tolerable.
Oh, well, I'm still passing Spanish! I just have to keep passing it...
Anyway. My finger's better, for those wondering. My abs hurt still, we did more today.
I love track. Though Katie Blake is one of the Malley's Fab Five, I have to say that besides her there are no redeeming people on the soccer team. On the other hand, I love every single person on our little throwing team with me. It's kickass.
Yes, I did just watch South Park.
Wellllllllp, for the sake of Elizabeth's sanity, I'll keep this short and take off right about...now.
