The Possibility's Thin
Today was semi kind of sort of fun. School kind of sucked- it was way too long, I have too much work to do for it today, and I missed a memo on that little pre-calc quiz. I failed. There's not a single doubt in my mind. Bah, I hate pre-calc.
So first of all, we were all dreading practice with that curious sense of forboding that only field monsters and ten 100-yard sprints can yeild. However, it wasn't bad at all! We did a like 12 minute indian run. Mind you that Molly Gross's idea of a jog pretty much beats out my idea of a sprint, but still. We had to dribble a ball while we did it, too, which of course didn't go so hot for me. We played posession, though, and I wasn't a complete detriment to my team, so that was most superb. Then we did this neato little sprint thing where we had to run to the person at the next cone on our team, until we got all the way around this nifty little circuit. And here I must quoth Hannah Smith, "I like it, I like it" (she told me to) anyway, but it was cool- even the part where Hannah and I had to run an extra sprint because some incompetent fool put an extra set of cones in there. Anyway, I suck at running, and that was the moral of that story. Then we played JV in a giant game of handball. Only we played by varsity rules, and that worked out a lot better for us, as we don't follow the rules of the game at all, and therefore would suck in a ligitimate game.
So, all in all, practice wasn't horrible like we all expected. Last game is on Saturday. Well, for regular season, anyway.
So my weekend ought to be jam-packed. I'm half excited and half worn out from it already. Plus my back has been bothering me a lot recently. Damn bookbag. Between that and Katie and me beating each other up, I don't think I'll make it to November. Not like anything happens in November. December is where it's at, bitch! Go my birthday! I'm getting psyched. Anyone reading this who intends to purchase me anything, get me a gift card. To anywhere decent. Hot Topic, Best Buy, the mall, just something useful. Do not get me anything pertaining to Malley's.
Ryan is getting the best present ever, and Katie and Kristen and Sean and I all know it.
Um, so, I need new CDs. So if you have any suggestions, don't bother telling me, just hand me the CD and let me burn it, or if you will, burn it yourself and give it to me. And someone remind me to download "Vindicated" in honour of Katie.
Team Malley's tomorrow.
Saturday= Ed's/Iggy's game. Yes, I am okay with the idea that Ed's is going to win, even though I am sitting on the Ignatius side. Truth be told, I don't really care, I'm just tres excited to be going! I shall be taking Steg, as she is has-her-own-car impared. There we shall meet up with Bodine and Scott and Brady and multiple other peoples of wonderment and amazement.
I feel sick to my stomach. This sucks. I hate being sick. Maybe the salmon I had was poisoned. But then again, salmon is yummy and I therefore do not care.
NI NI NI NI NI
I think that's neither in spanish. Who cares, it's so bloody funny, what with that movie and all. Holy Grail. Yes.
I have Windows Media Player running on random through every song I own. It's very strange. I am hearing songs I haven't heard in forever. Most of them for good reason...
Anyway, I really have a lot to do, so now that the world can share in the joys of an actual fun and productive soccer practice, I must be off.
But first I would like to say something to someone who I highly doubt ever reads this. "Haha, that's what happens when you turn to the dark side!"
Posers. What can you do with them?
