Been singing that Song on the Radio
Intersting day today. Not really fun or anything, but mildly entertaining, which is always good.
Does anyone really care how I filled my day?
Oh, well, you're going to learn about it anyway. I have nothing to write about, so I describe my day. Deal.
Cornelius resisted arrest. Kick-ass.
Anyway, so. Got up, finished filling out Malley's papers. Then I met Caitlin at Caribou, and helped her do her lab, though it's probably all wrong. ooops... Anyway, then school, where I managed to pass both a vocab quiz in brit lit (I always forget about those bloody things) and a bio pop quiz (5/4, whoo hoo) (why is it that the one class I am excelling is is an AP course, while I can barely manage spanish 3 and theology? The world spins wrong on its axis, I tell you)
Shortened schedule + wednesday = obscenely long lunch with the rest of my classes being very very short. I left early to deliver the forms to Malley's, then dodged home and finished the work permit up for school. I'm all ready to work there, now, whoo hoo. My first day is Saturday, from 7-12. Yay? Cornelius is more excited than I am- she told me to call her when I'm done, haha. How great. The three of us working together. Kickass.
Then practice, also short, though as usual pointless. Well, that's a lie. It was a good prectice for the field people for once, working on structure in the middle and all that jazz, but Moira and I serve no purpose. We need to do our own drills. Then we got food. Yum.
Now my father is harassing me about my E-Mail not beig sufficient for colleges to write to. It's "not professional". Like they give a crap- the stupid things are all automated anyway. And like any colleges will send me information. And like it's not just spam ANYWAY. I hate college, and all that it stands for. Actually, I'm excited to go, I just wish that you didn't have to go through all this crap before hand. However, visiting is fun. Go New York.
Besides that, not much here. As usual. I was sad during the food consumption time of practice. Everyone was talking about stupid television shows that I have not, and never will see. Gilmore Girls, One Tree Hill (which, if you ask me, is a retarded name for a show), the OC, some beach...and Real World. (okay, I admit, I watched a few of those back when it was in Chicago) And the Blakes were not there to comfort me. Sadness. Nor were Ginley or Hannah present. So basically, I was lost.
Which reminds me. Lost is on tonight. I'm way too excited. No homework, and 20 minute classes tomorrow. Yippee!
Now, showering, exercising, and to the television!
